TC Towing & Recovery

TC Towing was quick to respond when my skid steer and I found the quicksand. Their price was fair and transparent and they were out to my remote location within the hour—on a Sunday! Friendly, efficient crew. Highly recommend!

Rescued me at 11:30pm on a Friday when my vehicle broke down on the side of US 31. My insurance told me 4 other providers were only able to come at 9AM the next morning. I was parked off the side of the highway with a disgruntled home owner from back in the woods so I am super thankful for TC Towing—and they provided excellent service!

I haven’t had a great experience with this place. I had a car accident on Monday and it is Wednesday and it has not moved. I was told that the procedure that the adjuster would come to the tow. That is false and my car has been sitting. When trying to communicate and they keep saying “they’re so busy it’ll be today” and then called the next day and said the same thing. They were supposed to tow to the body shop and did not. It took calling my insurance and them calling the shop to get it to be moved. The body shop is 3 minutes away from the tow. There’s no way it wasn’t possible to take it there within three days due to “time”

this place seized my car, i paid off the seize, and it took them HOURS to release my car to me. The owner is extremely rude, when asked why he didnt tell me everything i needed in the first place (because i had to drive back 4 times to get everything they needed) he said i was being rude. no customer service and they dont even know what to do themselves as employees to honor customers. On top of when i first arrived and was willing to do everything they asked of me, the employee was unable to fufill his duties because "only the owner" knows how... Edit to add: My vehicle was damaged by this place. A car that was running now no longer works and i have flat tires i didn't have before :) THANKFUL FOR BRICKYARD TOWING TO SAVE THE DAY AND MY VEHICLE. GO TO BRICKYARD, they are half the price of this dump, 10X more professional, and won't damage your vehicle

I would recommend TC Towing to anyone who asks! They are very professional and reasonably priced! I live in Cadillac but had an issue with my vehicle and had to leave it alongside the road near Chum's Corners. I was recommended TC Towing from a co-worker so I called them. They retrieved my car, dropped it off and took my CC info. Super fast, professional, and convenient! Call them if you are ever in need of a tow!
